The product should be returned within 5 days of receiving the product
Only items which are defective, physically damaged during transportation, or wrong item are eligible for replacement.
In case of physical damaged product, same should be intimated at the time of delivery with video proof.
Product should be returned in original condition along with box, warranty cards, user manual, accessories etc.
RENTAL POLICY
Minimum rental period is 30 days (or as agreed). Rent is applicable for the full term as agreed and no refund will be done in case of early return (even if returned within a week).
If any damage to the equipment, cost should be borne by the client.
Equipment Return intimation should be done one day prior to due date otherwise it will be considered as auto renewed and next term rent is applicable.
Deposit refund will be done only after return of equipment within 48 hours through bank account transfer.
